Board of Directors, the decision-making body for the Company’s strategy and operation management, will guide and supervise the overall business operation internally, and make decisions on major events about the Company’s strategy and operation. There are Audit Committee, Salary and Examination Committee, Nomination Committee and Board Secretary subordinated to the Board of Directors, to assist and support operation of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Supervisors is mainly responsible to inspect the Company’s finance and operation status, and supervise directors and senior managers when fulfilling their duties and operation standard ability of the Board of Directors.
The Company implements the general manager system led by the Board of Directors. As the highest-leveled person in charge of company operation management and crisis management, the general manager takes charge of the Company’s survival and development. The business organization structure of the Company is gradually adjusted to a three-dimensional structure based on customers, products and investment. All corresponding organizations jointly create value for customers, and account for the effective growth of financial performance, market competitiveness improvement and customer satisfaction of the Company.
